In Springtime, Wild Garlic shoots up in abundance along rivers and in old forests. One of the most easily recognisable, one of the most abundant and definitely one of the tastiest of foragables you can find, no wonder it's growing in popularity.
Come along for this workshop, where we will identify and pick wild garlic, before finding a base where we will prepare bread on sticks , prepare the wild garlic butter and cook over a lit fire to enjoy.
